I need to host a WebEcho call. What do I do?

Hosting a WebEcho meeting is easy. WebEcho can be added to your reservationless AlwaysOn service, for quick one-click access. When you receive your AlwaysOn confirmation email, simply click the WebEcho button on the right side and your meeting begins.

To start a WebEcho meeting, simply go to www.yourcall.com. At the top of the page select "Client Corner". From the "Client Corner" you may start or join a WebEcho Meeting. If you need your login credentials, please call 1-800-925-8000 or email customer.services@yourcall.com.

Once you have logged in to the "Client Corner", simply select WebEcho Control from the list of available services. The next screen that appears will allow you to select the account you would like to use. Once you have clicked the selected account, your WebEcho meeting will start automatically.


How do I access WebEcho control and what can I do when I get there?

To access WebEcho control, simply go to www.yourcall.com, and click the "Client Corner" tab. On the next screen you will have the ability to login to the "Client Corner" and access all of your online services, including WebEcho Control.

What is my Web Echo passcode, meeting number and participant code?

To locate your WebEcho passcodes, login to login to Client Corner, or refer to your confirmation email. From both of these locations users have an invitation application available at their disposal for inviting participants to meetings. When using the invitation application all of your codes will be added to one simple email without any hassles or additional steps.

If you are already logged into WebEcho, you may create an impromptu invitation by going to the Conference menu, located in the Workspace Window. From this menu, simply select Invite, and an email will be generated with a convenient hyperlink ready to send to your participants.

How do I invite attendees to a Web Echo presentation?

Attendees can be invited using the Invitation Application located in your confirmation email, or the Client Corner area. This easy to use application will assist you in a step-by-step process to create a simple and quick invite for your participants.

What do I do if I can't see the Web Echo presentation, but can hear the audio?

If you or your participants are having difficulty seeing the WebEcho presentation, please call 1-800-925-8000 and request a WebEcho Specialist. If you are on a conference call hosted by Conference America, simply press *0 (star zero) and an operator will be readily available to assist with any technical issues.

Can I record my web presentation?

Recording your WebEcho is just a call away. Call our friendly and experienced Customer Service department to add this option to your WebEcho meeting. Your recording will be available within 24 - 48 hours. We can record and deliver your meeting in a variety of formats. How do my participants join my meeting?

Participants can join your meeting through the invitation they receive from the leader of the meeting. Or they can go to www.yourcall.com, select "Client Corner" on the top of the page, and log in manually with the information provided to them by the host. At any time participants have difficulty locating that information or have technical problems, a Conference America representative can assist them. Technical assistance is available 24 hours a day by calling 1-800-925-8000.


How do I get operator assistance with a Web Echo call?

Operator assistance is always available at Conference America by calling 1-800-925-8000. If you are on a conference call using Conference America's services, users and leaders alike can dial *0 (star zero) for immediate assistance.
