How does Meeting Control work?
Log in to Meeting Control through Client Corner or simply click on the Meeting Control button on your call confirmation. You will be able to view the active participant list, manage the queue during your Q&A and chat real time with the Operator. Meeting Control provides a secure, encrypted, web-based application that lets you manage high profile events more effectively. You are able to see what our Operator is seeing. You control your special event call so it will run smoothly by providing real-time information about what's happening. With Instant Instructions™ you can send messages to the operator and get an instant answer. The conference timer lets you start and stop at the best times to get your message out. Best of all, Meeting Control is so easy there isn't any training. You just do it.
With a Q&A session, you can communicate your meeting goals without interruptions. Your participants remain in a listen only mode during your presentation. At the conclusion of the presentation our operator opens the conference to all parties for a one-at-a-time question and answer session.

Participant List: A participant list can be provided to let you know who was in attendance of your conference call. |

Backdoor Line: A backdoor line can be established between you and an additional operator for the purposes of communicating outside of the main conference. This feature is commonly used in the Q&A setting, where you can communicate to the operator without interrupting the presentation and to prioritize callers with questions during the Q&A period. |

Meeting Control: Meeting Control can be requested as an additional enhancement to the Q&A conference where you would be allowed to view a real-time participant list as the call is happening as well as the status of the Q&A questioning queue. A chat feature is included for non-verbal communication. |

RSVP: An RSVP service can be provided to allow participants of an upcoming conference call to register in advance. This service will give you a better idea of how many callers to expect. Simply send out an invitation to your list of potential call participants, instructing them to call in to our Customer Service department to register for and obtain necessary access information for the upcoming call. Additional information (beyond name) can be captured and sent to you for reference. |

Sub conference: A sub conference can be established for communication purposes between call participants outside of the main conference. This service is commonly used for designated speakers before a Q&A conference call. This option can also be used for "break-out" discussion groups in a non-Q&A setting. |

Voting/Polling: Our Voting option allows for a series of questions to be asked and audience responses to be tallied. This feature is facilitated by an operator, who would also provide a summary of questions and responses once the call has concluded. |
Yes, this screening can be accomplished through Meeting Control and/or by having a backdoor communications line.

We will remind your participants of an upcoming conference either by fax, email or voice. We ensure you have the people you need when you need them.
Can I have participants register for my conference?
Yes, simply send out an invitation to your list of potential call participants, instructing them to call in to our Customer Service department to register for and obtain necessary access information for your upcoming call. Additional information (beyond name) can be captured.

Back Door Line
Our Back Door Line service provides direct communication with the call Operator without interrupting the meeting. You stay informed as to what is happening on the conference.
Polling
Do you need to know the opinion of your participants or need to conduct a survey?
Provide us a list of your pre-assigned questions and answer choices, and we will conduct a Polling session during your conference. We will poll the participants, have them indicate their preference by pressing a code on their touch tone phone, tabulate the results for you and provide you instant results. All you have to do is let us know what questions you need asked.
What information can be requested for a Participant list?
Name, affiliation and email addresses are commonly requested. Additional pieces can also be captured if required.
Transcriptions
What is the turnaround time on transcription services?
Transcriptions will be emailed to you within 2 business days from the time the call has concluded.
What format do you provide transcriptions in?
All transcriptions are provided in a Microsoft Word document in standard court reporter format.
