How do I schedule a call online?
Scheduling a call on line is easy. Go to Client Corner, login as either the Leader or the POC and then complete the information to schedule your Operator Handled call. Once you submit it to us and we have reviewed it, you will receive an email confirmation for your scheduled call.
This form also allows you to invite participants for your AlwaysOn call. Just complete the information and send the invite to your participants.

How do I set up a recurring meeting?
There are times when you may need to have the same call week after week or every day of the week for a set period of time. We can accommodate this for you and will keep your call information on file so you do not have to repeat it week after week. Just contact Customer Service at 1-800-925-8000 to set up this recurring call.
