What is Replay and how does it work?

Your conference call can be digitally saved and accessed afterwards for your review or for anyone you want to listen to it. Echo Replay conferences are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just dial the toll free number designated for accessing Replay (1-877-919-4059) and enter your Replay passcode to listen. Replay access instructions will be listed on your AlwaysOn or scheduled call confirmation.

What formats are available for my call recording?

A recording of the conference can be provided on a standard audio cassette, compact disc (formats available are mp3, wave or tracked) or via email. Live and/or archived audio streaming can also be provided.

How does audio streaming work?

With Conference Stream your event can be provided as an open broadcast or a secure web broadcast limited to those listeners with your pin code. All it takes to listen is an audio enabled computer and a web connection. The number of simultaneous streams is virtually unlimited.

Can I record or transcribe my call?

Yes, recording and transcription services are available.

What is the turnaround time on transcription services?

Transcriptions will be emailed to you within 2 business days from the time the call has concluded.

What format do you provide transcriptions in?

All transcriptions are provided in a Microsoft Word document in standard court reporter format.
