What are my choices in formats for getting an invoice?

Conference America can customize your invoice in several ways including

•      

Providing invoices with an individual leader's usage or one for the entire organization

•      

Providing an invoice that is sorted by a Special Billing ID such as a department name, location, client code or case number

•      

Providing options for your billing schedule, such as a daily, weekly or monthly.

Can I view my bill online?

Your invoice can be viewed online on the day following your call.

What payment options are available?

We accept payment via credit card (American Express, Visa, and MasterCard), check, or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

What is the federal tax ID number?

Our federal tax ID number is 63-1070221.

What are your payment terms?

Our payment terms for non credit card transactions are 1%10, net 20, meaning that if you send payment for your invoice within 10 days of the invoice date you can take a 1% discount from the total. We expect full payment for the invoice within 20 days of the invoice date.

How soon can I expect to receive my invoice after my call?

Conference America offers daily, weekly, and monthly invoicing options to accommodate your company's invoicing needs.
